    Whether you are preparing for an LLM program in the United States, practicing internationally, or working in a profession intersected by US law, you need a solid foundation.   • Meet Your Instructor

    Andrew Soven is an experienced U.S. litigator with 30 years of experience at several international law firms. For 11 years, he served as an adjunct professor teaching the U.S. legal system and U.S. law at the University of Pennsylvania. As a practicing lawyer, Andrew represents financial institutions and commercial businesses in a wide variety of cases. He has significant courtroom experience and has tried jury and non-jury cases to verdict in state and federal courts.

    He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and numerous federal courts, and for six years, served as a hearing officer for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board.
